On the occasion of the inauguration of Wizz Air’s new operational base at Turin Airport, “Wizz Air Night – Destination: Torino” was presented, an exclusive high-altitude celebration held in the historic Royal Courtyard of the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi.
The event blended the beauty of royal history with the contemporary energy and dynamism of the Wizz Air brand. The evening opened with a private cultural tour through the Rococo rooms of the Savoy residence, the historic “Stanze di Margherita”, and Napoleon’s celebrated carriage. This was followed by the institutional moment, featuring the official toast and the ceremonial cutting of the celebration cake to mark the airline’s expansion in the Piedmontese capital.
The façade of the palace came alive with spectacular projections and light shows in Wizz Air’s iconic magenta tones, while the main courtyard was transformed into an exceptional dancefloor: the night came alive with high-energy DJ sets by Groovycat, DØN MANUELITO, and YOUniverse, further enhanced by a special on-stage appearance by Fred De Palma.
