Movement Festival – 2015 Final Report

Movement Entertainment is proud to share with his supporters the great results of Movement 2015’s 10th edition, confirming itself as the world’s main Halloween electronic music Festival.

Program and Artists – The Festival took place from the 24th of October to the 1st of November, and hosted the performances of 55 artists in 4 exclusive locations in the city: Lingotto Fiere, Audiodrome Club, the Polytechnic University and Scuola Holden.

Innovation – Movement, after the KFF experience, introduced the cashless technology. A digital system that gives clients the chance to pay for goods or services onsite.

Turnout – 36.000 attendees during the week, a new Italian record in the field, 13.000 (+25%) guests from outside Piedmont in Turin; 3.000 foreign guests (+15%). It has been estimated that the positive territorial economic outcome produced by the Festival was € 2,5 million.

Territory and Tourism – Movement has further strengthened the tight bounds with the Territory through the collaboration with the most qualified Italian industrial institutions based in Turin and with 35 local suppliers; Movement offers jobs to more than 450 human resources and interacts with local tourist operators. Movement Hospitality System® conveyed 400 (+8%) overnight stays in affiliated hotels and 1.700 Taxi runs with Taxi 011 5730 and 0115737.

Public order and health care – Movement availed itself of the qualified medical care 118 and A.S.L. Torino 2 sanitary unit of Regione Piemonte that, with Neutravel and P.I.N., contributed to the perfect outcome of the event.

Communication and Media – 150 national newspapers and magazines and 60 international media wrote about Movement Torino Music Festival 2015; 10 international journalists were hosted at the Festival and more the 25 media operators were coordinated. Thanks to the partnership with media leaders the promotion was qualified and widespread. The website registered 91.472 single visitors and 293.000 visited pages. Facebook reached 63.315 likes with 18.000.000 friends of the fans.
