The European Commission, executive body of the European Union, grants its patronage to both Kappa FuturFestival 2016 and Movement Torino Music Festival 2016. This extraordinary distinction is awarded for the first time to a private cultural organisation in Italy.

Turin won the Silver medal at the 2016 European Capital of Innovation Award. The KFF appeared at the 00:15 minute mark in the promotional video as one of the key attractions of the Territory and contributed to its well-deserved success. 

The Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISMB), whose founding members are the Compagnia di San Paolo and the Politecnico di Torino, has invited KFF to join the “MONICA” consortium. This was in order to answer the Horizon 2020 “Internet of Things Large Scale Pilots” call with a project testing innovative solutions in the field of public safety and optimal sound management during major European outdoor events. Maurizio Spirito, in charge of the “Emerging Trends and Opportunites” Function at ISMB said: “We invited Kappa FuturFestival to participate in its role as a main Italian format of Entertainment, always careful about innovation, both in terms of a better public order management and of a more harmonious acoustic diffusion.

In a study published on the Public Health journal by researchers from the London Imperial College, listening to live music helps to reduce stress levels through modulation in the production of Cortisol.

Focus On

At dawn of the new 5th Edition, more than 9.000 tickets have been already sold for over 13.000 participants, affirming the excellent results achieved in 2015 while improving the services offered to the public, among which the Cashless technology: this digital payment method allows a rechargeable card to be used in order purchase goods and services offered on & offsite in an unique interactive platform between both sponsors and the audience.

Public success for ID, the new spring format born to celebrate Italian Liberation Day. Sponsored by Burn and Kappa on April 23rd and 24th, the event took place at the Audiodrome Live Club in Moncalieri (Turin), the new “Movement House” since October 10th.

Ready to start the second edition held between Tisno and Pirovac, at the heart of Northern Dalmatia. A touristic destination in constant growth, where the Festival aims to become a leader of the sector. The main sponsors are Burn and the Coca Cola Group.


The main brewing Group on the global scene collaborates with KFF.
